Medfield Day Booth Contest Winner: Unique Homes/William Raveis
The theme of the booths this year was TREE-mendous, as set by the Medfield Day organizer, Medfield Employers and Merchants Organization.
Congratulations to the designers behind the Unique Homes/William Raveis booth at Discover Medfield Day 2013, which is the winner of the best booth contest.
According to a release, the booth tried to meet the challenge of the "TREE-mendous" theme for the booths by featuring five oversized photographs of living trees in Medfield, and then challenging visitors to identify their location. The booth also had free saplings for people, ready for planting.
The booth was among 150 considered for the honor by the Medfield Employers and Merchants Organization, which produces Medfield Day. The award is a free booth at next year's event.
"Unique Homes and William Raveis-Delta Realtors are both owned and operated by Ralph Costello," the release stated. "Costello has been a resident of Medfield for over 40 years. He has actively participated in historical preservation, town development and community growth."
