Two local farms have been honored in the Commonwealth’s 28th Annual Tomato Contest which was held in Boston last week as part of Massachusetts Farmers' Market Week. Langwater Farms of North Easton and Wards Berry Farm of Sharon – both vendors at Medfield’s weekly farmers’ market -- placed in the Top 10 among 84 entries. Organizers estimate that hundreds of people visit the Medfield Farmers' Market each week.
