What Should Go Here?

Take our poll and let us know what should go in the third lot on Ice House Road?

There is a third empty lot at the end of Ice House Road where several people and agencies have expressed interest to build a project. No plans have been submitted for any project in that area but town officials say many people have many ideas about what would work best on that site.   What would you like to see on that lot? Different suggestions include a private athletic facility, senior housing, or town-owned recreation fields.  What do you think? Take our poll and let us know.  Don't see your choice on the list? Tell us about it in the comment section below.

The town is not good at running things like sports complexes. Let a private entity come in and run it and provide lease payments to the town. Park & Rec is a "nice to have" not a "need to have" and should be revenue neutral or positive.   more ›
