Donate Soccer Equipment to Those in Need
Local group collects gently-used soccer equipment and shares with players less fortunate.
Got equipment? Specifically, gently-used soccer equipment? Sean Conroy of Medfield is collecting soccer equipment for a group called I Want to Play, Inc. (in Milford) which then shares the equipment with kids in Kenya as part of the U.S. Soccer Foundation's Passback Program. Equipment -- cleats, shin guards, socks, shirts, shorts, balls, etc. -- can be left in front of the soccer shed at Wheelock during the day on Saturday, Nov. 10. Conroy will then deliver them to Milford. You can contact "passback@medfieldsoccer.org," if you need someone to pick up the equipment.
