Hmmm, I wonder exactly how a sewer test is done. If it's important for people to know that the test is going on, there must be something unusual (and detectable) associated with the conduct of these tests. I think I'm glad my street isn't on this list. I shudder to think of what the result of a failed test might be!!!   more ›
