Police Log: Turkey on the Loose, Back Door Scare, Can't Turn Off Alarm

Thursday, Dec. 27 1:51 p.m., Main Street. Caller reported "the turkey is in the square." The turkey was spotted in the CVS parking lot. Animal Control was notified. The turkey is now at Friendly's Ice Cream. 4 p.m., Main Street. Walk-in report from a Norfolk man who said he was parked in the CVS parking lot on Dec. 19 around 5:30 p.m. and someone went through his vehicle. Several items were stolen. 5:22 p.m., Brook and Green Streets. Caller reported a disabled motor vehicle. Police picked up the driver from Cumberland Farms and took him to his vehicle.
