Highlights from Medfield police and fire logs.

Friday April 29: 6:09 p.m. – Woman from Cedar Lane walked into police station to inquire about a possible stalking involving herself. 7:37 p.m. – Caller reported a puppy running on Main Street. Officer notified but dog was gone on arrival. 7:41 p.m. – Individual called to report a suspicious person fishing at the end of Wood End Lane. Description was male in his 50s with curly brown hair. Caller wanted an extra drive by in the daytime. 10:17 p.m. – Officer Daniel Pellegrini issued a summons to 21-year-old Sherborn resident for speeding (74 mph in a 55 mph zone) and negligent operation of a motor vehicle on North Meadows Road. Highlights from daily police and fire logs.

Thursday, Dec. 23:  2:18 p.m. - Fedex driver came into the station to report he was bitten by a dog on Causeway Street. Driver spoke to Animal Control officer. 2:28 p.m. - Caller reported vehicle was all over road heading on Route 27. Officer stopped vehicle and driver received a summons on charges of operating after license or right to operate was suspended.  4:14 p.m. - Individual requested to speak with an officer concerning a family disturbance. 10:54 p.m. - 911 caller reported her daughter heard a loud thump in the basement and would like somebody to check the house. Highlights from daily police and fire logs.

Monday, Dec. 20:  2:25 p.m. - Sergeant Ray Burton requested the Medfield Highway Department be notified to sand all the roads in town. Roads were icing up all over town. Highway Department was notified and began sanding roads. 2:29 p.m. - Male motorist called from cell phone to request police officer for one car motor vehicle accident on High Street by Wild Holly Lane. Officer on scene requested ambulance and on duty wrecker for the 2002 gray Mercury Mounta Utility vehicle. EMT upon arrival reported there would be no transportation necessary. Two individuals from the vehicle were transported to the station and waited for a ride home.  2:42 p.m. - Thomas Laplante radioed the station to a report a two-car motor vehicle accident on Main …

Friday, Dec. 10:  6:19 a.m. – Caller requested ambulance for 16-year-old daughter who fell with head injury. Ambulance was en route to Norwood Hospital at 6:48 a.m.  7:35 a.m. – Caller reported a white Chevy Colorado pickup passing cars on Harding Street and turned down West Mill Street. Officer reported area was clear upon arrival. 11:49 a.m. – Individual walked into police station to speak to an officer regarding a larceny from his house. Officer Larz Anderson spoke to individual.  Saturday, Dec. 11:  12:03 p.m. – Caller reported she had an altercation with a biker by the veterinary clinic on West Street. Wednesday, Dec. 8:  8:47 a.m. - Caller reported suspicious male asking for money outside of Cumberland Farms on Main Street. Caller from Irving Station reported same car and individual was at station and was also looking for money from people at the pumps. 9:45 a.m. - Caller from Mitchell's Funeral Home requested an escort to St. Edward's Parish. 12:08 p.m. - Caller reported a low wire in the area of 219 Causeway St. Officer reported wires were possibly blocking driveway of 219 Causeway St. and Verizon was notified.  1:03 p.m. - Tom Seeley from Medfield Water Department reported the door at Dale Street kept blowing open.
