The Medfield Foundation recognized all residents nominated as outstanding volunteers.
A reception was held on Sunday afternoon at The Center at Medfield to recognize all those nominated as Outstanding Volunteers for the Medfield Foundation's 2013 Volunteer Recognition award. The event started with a greeting from Rep. Joe Kennedy III who presented the winners -- Katrina Simon, Beth Eby, Ann Thompson and Al Manganello -- with an American flag flown over the State House. Rep. Denise Garlick presented state proclamations to the award recipients along with Parker Winslow who represented his father, Rep. Dan Winslow; and Johnna Cart, a legislative aide for Sen. If so, now is your chance to nominate him or her for a Medfield Foundation volunteer award - the adult, the youth, or the lifetime achievement awards.
