Officer reported vehicle was gone on arrival. 11:04 a.m. - Westwood Police reported they have a breaking and entering going on in the area of High Street and Pond Street in Westwood. Daniel J. Haney, 37, of Medfield, was arrested on charges of breaking and entering, assault and battery, assault with a dangerous weapon, threat to commit a crime, and armed robbery, on Feb. 20 with the help of Medfield Police.
Norwood police have charged a Medfield man with assault after he allegedly attacked a relative in their home. Daniel J. Haney, 37, of Medfield, was arrested on charges of breaking and entering in daytime, assault and battery, assault with a dangerous weapon, threat to commit a crime, and armed robbery, on Feb. 20 with the help of Medfield Police. The incident began the morning of Feb. 20 when Haney went to a family member's house accusing him of taking his property, Norwood Police spokesman Kevin Grasso said. "It is alleged that Haney grabbed the victim by the neck.
