Police Log: It's Time, Woman's Water Broke During Storm; Possible Sighting of Missing Man; Deer Stuck in Fence

Here's a glance at the Medfield safety logs for Saturday, Feb. 9.

Saturday, Feb. 9 (Blizzard of 2013) 8:56 a.m., Dale Street and Adams Street. Police Chief Bob Meaney assisted a disabled motor vehicle and sent them on their way.  9:15 a.m., Spring Street. Police officer reports seeing two male parties walking on Spring Street by South Street matching the missing person. Police responded to the area but the men were gone on arrival. 10 a.m., Dover Farm Road. Caller reported a deer stuck in his fence. Animal Control officer put down the deer. 10:05 a.m., Main Street. Manager from Shaw's said that one of his workers needs a ride home. Police provided assistance. 12:28 p.m., Earle Kerr Road. Caller said she is 40 weeks pregnant and her water broke. She asked that her street be plowed so she can go to the …

Police Log: Missing Man, Maimed Deer, Raccoon in Dumpster, Oven Fire & More

Here's a look at the police log for Feb. 7 and Feb. 8.

Thursday, Feb. 7 6:06 a.m., Main Street and Pound Street. Traffic enforcement. No citations issued.  7:55 a.m., High Street and Homestead Drive. Traffic enforcement. No citations issued.  9:24 a.m., Noon Hill Road. Caller reported two dogs running around the area with a cowbell on. Animal Control was notified, and later informed police the two dogs were back at their Noon Hill Road home.  10:27 a.m., Pound Street. Police responded to a disturbance on Pound Street. Police spoke with all parties and there is no problem at this time.  2:30 p.m., Vinald Street. Caller reported three young boys with golf clubs behind a vacant house. She did not know if they were trying to break in or vandalize the property. She called to them, they ran off. …

Police Log: Stolen Plow Blade Worth $6k, Signal Failure, Smell of Gas, Two-Hour AAA Delay

Here is a glance at the police log for Dec. 26 and Dec. 27.

Wednesday, Dec. 26 8:50 a.m., South Street. Caller reported the gates, bells and lights are going off at the South Street crossing but there is no train. Police discovered no problem with the crossing. 9:26 a.m., West Street. Business reported that sometime between Dec. 21 and Dec. 26 someone stole an 8.5 foot snowplow blade valued at $6,000. At 3:37 p.m., Duxbury Police called to say that someone stole a similar plow in their town on Dec. 24.  10:54 a.m., Prentiss Place. Caller said her smoke alarms are going off but there is no smoke or fire in her house. Medfield Fire investigated and determined it was a bad smoke alarm. 11:35 a.m., South Street. Caller reported the gates, bells and lights are going off at the South Street crossing but …
