State Representative Denise Garlick to hold "Year in Review/Year in Preview" presentation tonight at the Town House at 7 p.m.

  State Representative Denise Garlick (D) will hold her annual "Representative’s Report: 2012 the Year in Review and 2013 the Year in Preview" tonight at the Medfield Town House. Garlick, 58, represents the 13th Norfolk District which includes Needham, Dover and half of Medfield. Denise Garlick Reflects on First Year Representing Medfield from the State House [Video]

Garlick made a presentation to Medfield constituents to demonstrate how she has spent her first year on the job.

State Representative Denise Garlick has been very busy during her first year representing the 13th Norfolk district, which includes Needham, Dover and half of Medfield. Last Wednesday, she held a community meeting at – “Representative’s Community Report to Medfield” – to update the town on what she has been doing at the State House. Peterson: Town Informational Meeting about 40B will Be Arranged

Medfield Board of Selectmen chair Osler "Pete" Peterson will discuss at Tuesday's selectmen meeting scheduling a town informational meeting about 40B.

I have become aware that there is a lot of current discussion in town about 40B projects and suggestions are being made for people to attend the Board of Selectmen meeting Tuesday evening to discuss 40B.  While I am delighted to see my fellow residents at our meetings, just so that you are not disappointed, I wanted to share with you my plans to address the current concerns, as well as what I expect will happen Tuesday evening at the meeting of the Board of Selectmen. Tuesday night, I plan to ask my colleagues on the Board of Selectmen to support setting up an informational meeting for residents, to be held at a later date, at which we as a town can all hear from and discuss with knowledgeable experts who can tell us how 40B operates and …

Medfield residents are frustrated that they have no control over where affordable housing goes up in town. Very frustrated. Questions surrounding the latest proposal for an affordable housing project off West Street dominated the Question and Answer period following a “State of the Town” address by State Representative Denise Garlick at the Medfield Town House on Wednesday night. State Rep. Denise Garlick to Hold Community Report in Medfield on Feb. 1

The report will be held at Medfield's Town Hall on Feb. 1 at 7 p.m.

Medfield's State Representative, Denise Garlick, 13th Norfolk District, will host a “Representative’s Community Report to Medfield” on Wednesday, Feb. 1 at 7 p.m. at the Medfield Town House. The report, a first of its kind, welcomes constituents to voice their questions and concerns. Senator Timilty, State Reps Support Medfield's Efforts for State Hospital Cleanup

State Senator James Timilty and State Representatives Denise Garlick and Dan Winslow, each representing Medfield, supported the town's efforts in seeking a permanent cleanup solution of the state hospital site by sending DCAM a letter requesting the agenc

The Town of Medfield received support from its state legislatures regarding its stance on the Division of Capital Asset Management’s (DCAM) remediation proposal regarding the in-river and riverbank contamination found at the site of the former Medfield State Hospital. State Senator James E. Timilty and State Representatives Daniel B. Winslow and Denise C. Garlick, each representing Medfield as part of Norfolk County, wrote a joint letter to DCAM’s Commissioner Carole Cornelison on Sept. 28, requesting the state agency withdraw its permit application with the Army Corps of Engineers for the proposed remediation work at the state hospital site. The legislatures asked DCAM to consider “all permanent alternatives,” according to the letter sent…
