Flu Vaccines Available Through Board of Health

The Board of Health has some vaccines available for town residents.

The Board of Health has a small amount of flu vaccine to distribute.  Recipients must be over the age of 18 and residents of the Town of Medfield.   The vaccine is distributed by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health. The number of vaccines available has diminished greatly over the past few years due to budget cuts at the state and federal level. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, "getting a flu vaccine is the first and most important step in protecting against this serious disease."
