Couldn't agree more with GM. Zoning defines the legal limits, but those bylaws can be changed. Zoning is like a foreign language to me, but it just seems that if other towns can find a way to have a vibrant downtown area with local businesses, Medfield can too. Assessors Release 2013 Property Values

Here is a list of all properties in Medfield -- including homes, businesses, town-owned and state-owned property -- with their 2013 assessed value.

  The Board of Assessors has released its list of Medfield's 2013 assessed property values. On the list are several properties over $1 million, 10 properties between $2 million and $3 million, five properties between $3 million and $4 million, and three properties over $4 million. The highest assessed private residence is on Pine Street; the highest assessed commercial property is Shaw's Plaza.
