According to police records, on Thursday, April 4, at 10 p.m., Medfield Police Officer Wayne Sallale was patrolling the south sector when he noticed a vehicle parked and running in the dark in an unlit parking lot of Metacomet Park. This area has had past drug-related issues including sales and use. He approached the vehicle and saw two people -- a boy and a girl-- in the front seat.
