The community takes pride in its school system and the success of students at Medfield High School. With 937 studentsMore enrolled in grades 9 - 12, the school has received state and national distinctions based on student and school performances. Among the distinctions: 2008 No Child Left Behind-Blue Ribbon School, named by the United States Department of Education and in 2009, the US News and World Report named MHS as a Silver Medal School. Medfield High also scores school-wide extremely well in standardized testing. Warriors' athletics are members of the Tri-Valley League and roughly 75 percent of MHS students participate in 27 sports offered at varsity, junior varsity and freshman levels.

Education plays an important role at Saint Edward Parish as the church prides itself as a successful learning communityMore and strongly encourages the role of parents serving as primary educators of faith and has a staff of more than 100 parents and parish volunteers to religiously educate 1,200 students in grades 1 - 10. The parish has one member from its Religious Education team responsible for coordinating and assisting each age level: elementary, middle and high schools.
