The Medfield Children's Center, a pre-school, has been in business since 1982. The school is located in the FirstMore Baptist Church, on the corner of Main and South streets. The center offers a toddler program for children between 15 months and 2.8 years of age, a nursery school program for 3-year-olds and a pre-kindergarten program for 4-year-olds. Other programs offered include child care, after-school kindergarten and transitional and summer programs.

The Center strives to operate a traditional pre-school by celebrating all birthdays, holidays and special events, such as Fire Prevention Week. There's an appropriate mix of teacher-directed and child-directed activities.

The Medfield Afterschool Program is a parent-run non-profit organization. It offers programs for students enrolled inMore the Medfield Public School system who are in grades kindergarten through 8. The kindergarten and first grade program is held at Memorial school on North Street. Second and third grade meets at Wheelock Elementary (pictured); Grades 4 - 5 meet at Dale Street and grades 6 - 8 meet at Blake Middle School on Pound Street. The goal of the program is to give kids a safe environment for them to spend free time after school. Instructors strive to meet the needs of each individual child for relaxation, quiet time, an environment for homework and a supportive atmosphere. Currently more than 300 students are enrolled in the various programs.

Memorial School is a public elementary school on Adams Street that educates preschool, kindergarten and first gradeMore children. Andrea Trasher is the principal and explains in her letter to parents that Memorial School will provide a warm, personalized, safe environment that teaches respect, responsibility, kindness and cooperation in the classroom. 
Episcopal Church of the Advent

The Episcopal Church of the Advent has provided spiritual service  to the Medfield community for moreMore than 100 years. Rev. Marc G. Eames leads service each Sunday. The church provides various programs, including Bible study for adults and church school for grades pre-kindergarten through grade six and youth group for grades six through eight and nine through twelve.
