Park Street Books to host Fundraiser, Storytelling This Weekend
The shop will raise money to help provide birthday parties for homeless children.
Park Street Books & Toys in Medfield plans to host two separate events this Sunday, May 4.
The first is a fundraising event from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m., when the shop will raise money in support of "the Medfield Cake Toppers" team. All proceeds from pottery painting at the shop will be donated to provide birthday parties for homeless children, according to the local shop.
The second event is set for 2 p.m. Sunday, when storyteller Kurt Jackson will visit the store to tell stories.
