Monday Essentials: Fire Department Blood Drive Monday, Les Miserables Opens

1. A blood drive will be held from 2 to 7 p.m. Monday at the American Legion and is sponsored by the Medfield Fire Department.

2. Medfield Selectmen meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday for a regular meeting. The agenda includes setting the warrant for the upcoming special town meeting.

3. The second in a series on social media safety, aimed at parents of children in middle school, will be at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Blake Middle School.

4. Friends of the Library Book Sale starts on Thursday, with a pre-sale for members. 

5. Woodland Theatre Company presents Les Miserables at the Lowell Mason Theater at Medfield High School, Friday though Sunday. Performances are Friday and Saturday night at 8 p.m., and matinees on Saturday and Sunday at 2 p.m. Tickets are $30 and available at Park Street Books and the Medfield Public Library.
