School Supply Collection for Medfield Food Cupboard

Help Medfield schoolchildren who do not have the supplies they need for school.

Written by Meghan O'Connor and originally posted on July 6.

Most kids in Medfield find schools supply shopping fun. They pick out their favorite color binders and search for coordinating notebooks and folders. They try to convince their parents to buy that purple glue that never does dry clear as promised. However, for some kids, school supply shopping season means preparing for another year of having to borrow pens, pencils, and paper, and getting yelled at by the teacher for being unprepared.

This summer, help the families who use the Medfield Food Cupboard get the school supplies their children need to be ready to learn.

We are in need of:

  • Dixon Ticonderoga #2 pencils
  • small glue sticks
  • 16-count packages of Crayola crayons
  • 12-count packages of Crayola colored pencils
  • 8-count packages of Crayola wide-tip markers
  • 8 count packages of Crayola fine-tip markers
  • 4-pack of Expo dry-erase markers

  • pencil-cap erasers
