Junior Warriors Football Academy Concluded Today

The annual Junior Warriors football academy that promotes football skills and friendly competition was held this week.

The annual Junior Warriors Football Academy was held this week for boys and girls ages 10 to 14 years old.

Approximately 30 participants attended the program run by Medfield High School's head football coach Erik Ormberg, Medfield alumni and defensive coordinator Brian Gavaghan, and fellow alumni and line coach Kevin Gavaghan, and members of the MHS football team.

The academy promoted hard work and determination; modeled a passion and understanding of the game; modeled leadership by being prepared and adhering to the fundamentals of football; and encouraged positive competition.
