Medfield vs. Millis-Hopedale Scrimmage Raises $4,500 for Taylor Sack Foundation
The scrimmage was held at Millis High School Friday and all of the funds raised will go to Sack's family.
A pre-season scrimmage between Medfield and Millis-Hopedale brought together two rival teams Friday for a good cause: helping to raise funds for the family of Millis co-Capt. Taylor Sack.
Sack was paralyzed earlier this year in a skiing accident. He led his team onto the field Friday, according to a report on Fox25 Boston.
The scrimmage game was free but donations were collected through concessions and sale of other items. A total of $4,500 was raised, according to Fox25.
