Medfield Girls' Lacrosse Earns Top Seed in South D2 State Tourney
Warriors earn first round bye, will await the winner of Scituate and Archbishop Williams.
The MIAA girls' lacrosse pairings for the state tournament were announced Thursday and Medfield High School learned it had secured the top seed in the South Sectional Division 2 State Tournament.
The Warriors (16-2) earned a preliminary round bye and will host the winner of 16th seed Scituate and 17th seed Archbishop Williams. That game will be played Saturday at 5 p.m. The MIAA South Sectional Division 2 State Tournament begins Friday.
