Medfield Bows to Oliver Ames, 49-14
In the first game of the playoffs, Medfield lost to Oliver Ames.
Despite some valiant efforts on Friday night, the #8 Medfield Warriors could not hold up to the undefeated #1 Oliver Ames' Tigers (Easton).
During a fast-paced first quarter game, OA scored 21 points. Medfield started the second quarter with a touchdown then made another but OA came back both times. The second quarter ended at 35 OA to 14 Medfield.
The third quarter ended 42 to 14, and the final score was 49 OA Tigers to 14 Medfield Warriors.
