Medfield Properties Joins Jack Conway Realtor

Jack Conway, Realtor has announced the purchase of the highly successful Medfield Properties Real Estate Company in Medfield. The acquisition, which is part of Conway’s ongoing expansion efforts, follows on the heels of the firm’s recent purchase of Shell Pointe Realty in Onset Village. The new Conway-Medfield sales center opened for business on Oct. 1 under the direction of Manager Monica Donnelly.

Medfield Properties was owned and operated by Gloria Yankee, Connie Sweeney and Joan Snow, who built a reputation for excellence in their marketplace for the last three decades.

Conway VP of Marketing and Operations Al Becker believes the new Medfield office will strengthen his firm’s presence in an area just outside its current footprint. “Conway Medfield will give us a foothold into new growth opportunities in an area that is similar to the communities we serve now,” said Becker. “It will be positioned between three existing Conway offices and help us expand our services into the Metro Boston area.”
