VIDEO: Norfolk Aggie Home to a Dozen Newborn Piglets

The piglets were born sometime between Thursday at 10 p.m. and Friday at 4:30 a.m., and cried "wee, wee, wee" in their new home.

While Norfolk County Agricultural High School in Walpole is strictly for commuters, there are 12 new residents living on campus as of last night.

The school's purebread Yorkshire pig, Kate, gave birth to her first litter of piglets some time between 10 p.m. last night and 4:30 a.m. today.

Farm Manager Dave Green said that all of the piglets are in good health and that Kate is doing a great job taking care of her 12 newborns.
