Second Grader Morgan Turner Wins National Handwriting Contest

Morgan Turner, a second grade student at the Wheelock School, has been named the public school State Grade-Level Winner in the Zaner-Bloser National Handwriting Contest.

The following press release was submitted by the Wheelock School. Congratulations, Morgan! 

Congratulations to Morgan Turner, a second grade student at the Wheelock School, for being named the public school State Grade-Level Winner in the Zaner-Bloser National Handwriting Contest.

Morgan was awarded an engraved Zaner-Bloser State Winner Medallion and her teacher, Mrs. Ann Imbrogna, received an engraved Glass Diamond Award.

In addition, the Wheelock School received a $200 redeemable Zaner-Bloser coupon.

Over 285,000 students in Grades 1 through 8 participated in this year’s contest.

Morgan is now eligible to compete for a National Grade-Level Winner title.
