Medfield Outswims D-S 93-91

The Medfield High School Swimming and Diving team topped Dover-Sherborn on Wednesday.

On Wednesday night, the Medfield High School Swimming and Diving team swam
Dover-Sherborn.  The Medfield team had a great night of swimming and diving! The team won with a score of 93-91.

Medfield won the 200 medley relay with a time of 1:53.35.  The team was made up of freshman Olivia Tom, Junior Alec Haley, Freshman Colton Hall, and Senior Peter Woodsum.

Senior Connor Haley won the 200 and 500 freestyle events.  He finished the 200 in 1:54.72 and the 500 in 5:14.25.

Junior Alec Haley won the 200 individual medley and the 100 freestyle. He finished the IM in 2:07.38 and the 100 freestyle in 54.37.

Freshman Andrew Maritan won the 50 freestyle with a 25.49.

Freshman Colton Hall won the 100 butterfly, while Senior Jenn Alban came in a close second.  Their times were 1:00.63 and 1:01.04 respectively.

Medfield also won the 200 freestyle relay with a time of 1:43.60.  The team was made up of Freshman Meredith Bertoni, Hall, Woodsum, and Connor Haley.

This was a great meet for the Medfield team and was their first meet against a TVL league team, so it was wonderful to get the win!
