Medfield High School's All Night Graduation Party has Raised Over $1K

The next Subway fundraising date for Medfield's ANG is Feb. 8.

As of Jan. 19, the Medfield High School All Night Graduation Party Committee has raised over $1,100 with four more fundraising dates to go: Feb. 8, March 14, April 11 and May 9, from 2 to 9 p.m.

"These funds have allowed us to plan for some new surprises for the party this year," said Nancy Braverman, co-chair of the 2012 MHS ANGP.

Braverman said sign ups have started for chaperones. If interested, get your name in early to get the shift you prefer. Contact nbrave@comcast.net for more information.

"Remember, no senior parents can chaperone, so we rely heavily on the under classmen parents," Braverman said. "That's freshman, sophomore and junior parents."

The ANGP's Annual Fashion Show is scheduled for Friday March 16th. Tickets go on sale to graduates' families

Senior parents donations are for the graduation party are also due. So far, 43 percent of the class has contributed. Braverman adds the All Night Graduation Party qualifies for companies with matching donations.

Preparing for the All Night Graduation Party takes months of hardwork and volunteerism. Decorating workshops start every Wednesday night from 6 to 9:30 p.m. in March. All are welcome to participate, have fun and help out. Friends are welcome.
