Medfield High School Makes 2013 AP Honor Roll

Medfield High School is one of only 33 high schools in the Commonwealth to earn the Advanced Placement distinction.

Medfield High School has been named to the College Board's 2013 Advanced Placement District Honor Roll, according to Medfield Superintendent of Schools Dr. Jeffrey Marsden.

According to a notice on the Medfield Public Schools website, Medfield High School is one of only 477 schools in the United States and Canada with this distinction, and one of only 33 in Massachusetts.

"Massachusetts teachers continue to help pave the way for the Commonwealth’s successes in education,” said Massachusetts Department of Education Secretary Matthew Malone, in a press release posted on the school district's website.

Other schools earning the distinction include Medway High School, King Philip Regional High School, and Hopedale High School.
