Medfield Girls Basketball Plays Duxbury Today in Sectional Championship

The Medfield High School Girls Basketball team will head to the sectional championship today to play Duxbury at 2 p.m. at the University of Massachusetts in Boston. 

Of today's big game, Medfield Coach Mark Nickerson said, 

Duxbury is a very talented team.  They have very talented post players and outstanding perimeter shooters.  Any time you play a team that can score both inside and outside, it can be extremely challenging to defend; however, our girls are working hard.  They are focused on competing and playing at our highest level.  We are excited for the opportunity to play Duxbury and hope to rise to the occasion.
