Spring into Optimal Health: Introduction to Detox Workshop

The words ‘detox’ or ‘cleanse’ are generally used interchangeably to describe the same type of activity - eating in a certain way and doing specific things in order to create the best conditions for your body to be able to do its work of detoxification most effectively. There are many different types of programs, some more rigid than others.  This workshop will provide an overview of the Optimal Health Detox program and examine how the foods we eat impact our health and well-being.

Workshop attendance is complimentary.  Those wishing to participate in the 14-day Optimal Health Detox program can sign up at the end of the workshop.  The actual detox period is May 5th - 18th.  Over the 14 day period participants will cleanse their bodies by removing toxins and strengthening their organs.  The program focuses on nurturing and reviving the body’s systems by eating an abundance of healthy foods.
