Pet First Aid Class

VESCONE (Veterinary Emergency & Specialty Center of New England) in Waltham is hosting a Pet First Aid Class on Tuesday, Oct. 25, at 6:30 p.m., at Especially for Pets, 67 Main St., Medway. The class is useful for a number of reasons. Dogs and cats are curious creatures that can, and will, get into just about anything. Knowing what is potentially toxic and how to recognize if there is something wrong with your pet is extremely important. The classes are interactive which means you learn hands-on how to do CPR, bandage a wound and what to do when your pet is choking.

There is a $20 fee associated with interactive classes which is donated to a stray pets in need fund. Space is limited so register you, and if applicable, your pet, early. Call 781-684-8387 to register.
