8:10 p.m. Carol Powers and Barclay Morse (owner/applicants) seek a determination regarding a rear addition to 135 Harding Street.

8:20 p.m. Matt Dovner and Dove Palm Holdings LLC (owner/applicants) seek a determination regarding an extension to a previously-approved master bedroom at 341 South Street.

8:30 pm. Patricia Gertner (owner/applicant) seeks a determination regarding an outdoor fireplace and patio at 7 Millbrook Road.

8:40 p.m. Pedro Loredo (applicant) and Marvel Realty Corporation (owner) seeks a Special Permit to operate a restaurant to be known as "Antara" as well as a variance for the business at 1 Green Street.
