ZBA to Discuss New Dunkin' Donuts at Hearing Tonight
The Board of Zoning Appeals will hold three hearings tonight including one that proposes to convert the former Friendly's to a Dunkin' Donuts.
The Board of Zoning Appeals will hold three public hearings tonight including one for a special permit application to convert the former Friendly’s building to a Dunkin’ Donuts.
The meeting will begin at 8 p.m. at the Medfield Town House, 459 Main Street.
“All town boards and other interested parties wishing to be heard should appear at the time and place designated,” read the three legal notices provided to Medfield Patch.

Scheduled hearings include:
* 8:00 p.m., 312 South Street – Applicant, Blake Leshnick seeks a special permit to operate a personal training business in his home.

* 8:15 p.m., 60 Harding Street – Applicant, Sixty Harding Street Trust, is seeking a clarification “regarding dimensional requirements and proposed square footage at the site,” says the notice.
* 8:30 p.m., 563 Main Street – Applicant, DLT Family Limited Partnership, seeks a special permit for a Dunkin’ Donuts business at the intersection of Routes 109 (Main Street) and 27 (North Meadows Road).
