On Tuesday, police investigators determined there was enough evidence to obtain a summons to be served on a resident of Cottage Street. The journal entry says,

". After an investigation, police are seeking a summons for a 25-year old Bellingham resident for possession of a Class E drug"

According to MassCriminalDefense.com, a Class E substance charge is typically for lighter doses of prescription narcotics containing codeine (Tylenol #3), morphine, or opium.
