Peterson defeated challenger Nikolaos "Nick" Athanasiadis, 701-590 for selectman in Monday's annual town election.

Editor's note: All town election results are unofficial until published on the town's website Tuesday morning by Town Clerk Carol Mayer. Medfield Patch will publish the official results when they become available.

The town of Medfield reelected selectman Osler "Pete" Peterson for three more years Monday as the current Board of Selectmen chair defeated challenger, Nikoloas "Nick" Athanasiadis, 701-590 in the annual town election.
