Selectmen to Hear About Historic Preservation, Dunkin' Donuts, and More

The selectmen will meet on July 2 at 7 p.m.

The Board of Selectmen will meet on Tuesday, July 2, at 7 p.m. at the Town House. 

The posted agenda includes:

7:00 p.m. - Historical Commission, Dan Bibel co-Chairman to discuss preservation and re-use of significant historic properties.

7:15 p.m. - Kingsbury Pond/Grist Mill Committee to discuss updates regarding the committee's activities. 

ACTION items include:

  • Vote to award sale shed contract
  • Vote to grant a common victualler permit to Medfield Donuts II, Inc., 563 Main Street Michael Cavallo owner [Editor's Note: This is for the Dunkin' Donuts going into the former Friendly's building]
PENDING items include:
  • Representative appointment to Tri-County Regional High School
  • Economic Development Committee
  • Goals for Upcoming Year
  • Update regarding fence at Post Office
