Selectmen Agenda: Board Elections and Appointments, Debt Schedule, State Hospital Talk

The Medfield Board of Selectmen meet Tuesday at 7 p.m. on the second floor of Town Hall.

The Medfield Board of Selectmen are expected to hold an election at Tuesday’s meeting to fill a vacancy on the Medfield Housing Authority Board. The candidate is Neil J. DuRoss. The Board of Health has also requested the selectmen vote to appoint Anne Fryer a full member of its board.

Medfield Town Administrator Michael Sullivan will discuss with the selectmen the town’s debt schedule, which was given to the selectmen at their last meeting.

The selectmen will also discuss and review a draft of the Selectmen’s calendar, proposed and prepared by selectmen chair Osler Peterson.

Other Action Items:

  • Selectmen are asked to vote to appoint Frank Iafolla to Director of Grave Markers for Veterans.
  • The Medfield Sign Advisory Board has requested the selectmen approve the Lowell Mason House sign to be placed at its Green Street site.

On the status front, State Hospital Environmental Review Committee (SHERC) chair, John Thompson, is expected to discuss the comment letter regarding the Phase II and Phase III reports of the project.
