Planning Board to Meet Tonight Regarding Old Mill Building and New Subdivision
Planning Board will meet tonight.
The Planning Board will meet tonight, Monday, July 8, at 8 p.m. at the Medfield Town House.
The agenda includes:
8:05 p.m. - Michael Lueders and John Santucci, joint owners of 30 West Mill Street LLC, seek Site Plan Approval to convert an existing building to garage and office space for a lawn and tree care business as well as materials processing with associated drainage, parking and landscaping improvements.
8:10 p.m. - RGL Ventures regarding a five-lot subdivision called "Red Gate Farm" on property located off Philip Street and owned by Red Gate Realty Trust, Robin Kenny trustee, and Peter and Brenda Kenny.
