Medfield ZBA to Discuss Clark Tavern, Expanded Parking Area
The ZBA will meet on Wednesday, March 19 at 7:30 p.m.
The Medfield Zoning Board of Appeals on Wednesday will discuss the application for a special permit to renovate and restore the old Clark's Tavern property in an effort to reopen the tavern.
As part of the meeting, which is an extension of the previous meeting on Feb. 26, officials will discuss a proposed expansion of the parking area on the property.
The matter of the Clark Tavern's renovation to include an old-time tavern, function space and a four-room bed & breakfast has sparked an ongoing conversation on Medfield Patch among local residents and readers, and an online petition has been established in support of the project.

The meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, March 19 at 7:30 p.m. in the Chenery Room at Medfield Town Hall.
