Medfield Selectmen to Discuss Upcoming Memorial Day Parade, Events
The board will meet at 7 p.m. on Tuesday.
Memorial Day is just a few weeks away and the annual parade in Medfield will of discussion at this week's Medfield Board of Selectmen meeting.
The Board is set to meet at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, May 6 in the Chenery Meeting Room at Medfield Town Hall.

Action
The Memorial Day Committee is asking the Board of Selectmen to participate and march in the Memorial Day Parade and related exercises on Monday, May 28. The Committee respectfully requests a parade permit and discharge of firearms permit for the event.

Medfield Fire Chief William Kingsbury will provide a report regarding a number of outstanding ambulance invoices from April 7, 2004 to June 2, 2011. The chief is seeking permission to allow Comstar, the town's billing agent, for ambulance invoices to write-off the delinquent accounts.
The Board of Selectmen are being invited to attend an Eagle Court of Honor for William T. Derian on Sunday, June 1 at 2 p.m. at the United Church of Christ.

Medfield Youth Soccer is requesting permission to place signs announcing registration for the fall soccer season. Signs would be in place from May 16 to May 30.
Friends of Medfield Football request permission to hold a car wash fundraiser behind Medfield Town Hall on Saturday, Aug. 30.
Medfield Lions Club is requesting a one-day alcohol permit for an event on May 17 to be held at The Center.
