Medfield High sophomore Thomas Blessing and his father, Tom, Sr., toured Norfolk Superior Court during April vacation.

The Blessings toured the court with Norfolk DA Michael Morrissey, Medfield Police Chief Robert Meaney and Norfolk County Clerk of Courts Walter Timilty. The father and son were the high bidders for the charity auction item the DA and Meaney donated, titled “Law & Order: Charitable Intent” at the 5th Annual Winter Carnival held to benefit the Memorial and Wheelock CSA in March. After the tour, the DA and Meaney treated the Blessings to lunch.

After the tour and the lunch, the DA went back with the Blessings for the 2 p.m. call of the main criminal list, where they saw criminal arraignments and other cases working their way through Superior Court.
