Downtown Study Committee to Discuss Roche Bros.

The committee will meet on July 11 at 6 p.m.

The Downtown Study Committee will meet on Thursday, July 11, to discuss, among other things, Roche Bros. small-concept store proposed for the former Lord's Department Store.

In June, building owner Salvatore Capital Partners LLC signed a lease with Roche Bros. which plans to open the first of its new smaller concept food stores in Medfield in February.

The full agenda includes:

6:00 p.m. - Meeting with Verizon representatives to discuss underground utilities
6:30 p.m. - Roche Bros. Discussion
6:45 p.m. - Downtown update
7:00 p.m. - Site Visit to Meeting House Pond

The meeting will be held in the Warrant Committee Room of the Town House.
