Dover Cell Tower Hearing, Site Walk Rescheduled to August

Find out where and when the meetings will take place.

A public hearing regarding a proposed cell tower in Dover that would have access off Evergreen Way in Medfield has been postponed to August, according to local officials.

The tower, proposed for 64 Junction St. in Dover, had originally called for a 93-foot mono-pine cell tower to be installed on land just off Evergreen Way in Medfield that abuts the Dover-Sherborn Regional High School campus, according to DoverSherborn.org.

A site walk had been scheduled for June 30 at the entrance of the property adjacent to 24 Evergreen Way in Medfield, but the meeting was rescheduled to take place in early August, according to an email newsletter this week from Dedham Selectman Richard DeSorgher.
