Conservation Commission to Meet Tonight

Here’s a look at the agenda for tonight’s ConComm meeting which includes issues on West Mill Street, Vine Brook Road, Saw Mill Lane, Onondaga Lane, and North Meadows Road.

The Conservation Commission will meet tonight at 7 p.m. in the Chenery Room at the Town House.

The agenda includes:

7:30 p.m.   Maryann Livingston, 47 Saw Mill Lane; upgrade to an existing septic system within 100 foot buffer zone.  Request for Determination of Applicability.

7:45 p.m.   Barbara and John Spillane, 24 North Meadows Road; landscaping plan to include retaining wall and stairs, removal of lawn area and invasive species, installation of new plantings within 100 foot buffer zone.  Request for Determination of Applicability.

7:45 p.m.   Cheryl and Michael Meyer, 22 North Meadows Road; landscaping plan to include installation of new plantings, removal of asphalt from driveway area, installation of pavers in the driveway area within 100 foot buffer zone.  Request for Determination of Applicability.

8 p.m.  Kent Summers, 13 Onondaga Lane; construction of a detached garage within 100 foot buffer zone and the 50 foot no disturb area.  Notice of Intent.

8:30 p.m.  West Mill LLC (Varney Brothers), 30 West Mill Street, a landscaper’s yard and East Coast Crushing & Recycling; redevelopment of an existing concrete mixing operation within 200 feet of a riverfront area and 100 feet of a bordering vegetative wetland.  Notice of Intent.

9 p.m.  Patrick and Rosemary O’Reilly, 51 Vine Brook Road; construction of a stone patio within 100 foot buffer zone.  Notice of Intent.
