Changes Discussed to Two Medfield Landmarks Tonight
The Planning Board will look at plans to renovate the former Lord's Department Store and the historic Clark Tavern.
The Planning Board will meet tonight, Nov. 4, at 8 p.m. with representatives from Roche Bros. to discuss the supermarket chain's plans to renovate the former Lord's Department Store.
The meeting will be held in the Chenery Room on the second floor of Town Hall.
At 8:30 p.m., town officials will meet with the new owners of the Clark Tavern who hope to renovate the historic structure into a bed and breakfast and restore the original tavern.
