A Look at Monday's Special Election Ballot

Medfield's Special Election will be held Monday at the Center at Medfield from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Here's a sample of what the ballot.

On Monday, May 23, residents will gather at the Center at Medfield on 1 Ice House Rd. from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. to cast their votes on two overrides: an operational budget override of $500,000 and a debt exclusion bond override of $10 million to fund a new town garage.

Both overrides were approved at Town Meeting by the majority of 484 residents that attended on April 25, calling for a paper ballot election to give the town its democratic right to vote on how its tax dollars are spent.

View the PDF above to get a look at the ballot and be sure to stop by the Center at Medfield (Senior Center) on Monday to vote.
