One Arrest, Two Summonses, Women Stealing from Garden, and More
he following information was provided by the Medfield Police Department. All arrests are reported. Charges do not indicate a conviction.
Here's a look at the Medfield police logs for Aug. 19 and Aug. 20.
Monday, August 19
12:18 p.m., Main Street. Caller reported a dog in a black Nissan with its windows down but it is too hot for the animal. Car was gone when Animal Control arrived.
2:29 p.m., Harding Street. Caller reported a speeding motorcycle coming into town from Dover. Police spoke with the operator on North Street.
3:06 p.m., Miller Street. Police tried several times to serve a summons but no one was home.
4:11 p.m., Kettle Pond Way. Caller said his mailbox was smashed between 11 p.m. on Sunday and 4:30 a.m. today.
4:21 p.m., Plain Street. Walk-in report from a man who said two women were stealing from his garden.
5:06 p.m., station. Someone came into the station to talk to police about a harassment order. Police are seeking a summons for a Medfield man for annoying phone calls and violation of harassment prevention orders.
6:17 p.m., High Street. E911 caller needed help getting off floor. The caller was assisted and refused medical treatment.
8:46 p.m., station. E911 caller reported a disturbance. Police are seeking a summons for a Medfield man for two accounts of domestic assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
10:24 p.m., Hatters Hill Road. Caller reported four vehicles speeding up and down the street. Gone on arrival.
Tuesday, August 20
2:03 a.m., Longmeadow Road. Caller reported a blue KIA driving erratically. Police spoke with the driver who had a flat tire.
7:53 a.m., Miller Street. Police served a summons from Framingham District Court.
8:52 a.m., Harding Street. Resident asked police to keep an eye on speeding vehicles on Harding Street between 7am and 9am.
11:07 a.m., South and High Streets. Town employee found an electric scooter in the brush at South and High Streets.
1:12 p.m., Hartford and Main Streets. E911 caller reported a car accident at this intersection.
5:43 p.m., Granite Street. Caller reported a "strange looking animal" in the backyard described as "a cross between a cat and a raccoon." Animal Control was notified.
6:08 p.m., Main Street. E911 caller reported a family disturbance resulting in the arrest of Chrisanthi Stamoulis, 19, of 6 Main Street, Medfield, for assault and battery.
