Suspicious Vehicle Leads to Arrest, Sick Driver, SWAT Call

Sunday, Jan. 20

8:01 a.m., 10:09 a.m., 12:14 p.m., 7 p.m., Spring Street. Traffic control at St. Edward's Church. 

11:02 a.m., Hawthorne Drive. Caller reported a tree down across the road; at 11:18 a.m., police reported the tree had been cut up and the road is open.

11:15 a.m., Main Street. Police out with a motor vehicle stop near the Millis line. Citation issued for passing.

1:04 p.m., Main Street. Police were out on a well-being check. Police transported the woman to the Walpole train station.

1:37 p.m., North Street. A walk-in report of a tree limb down on Farm Street. Police moved it to the side of the road.

1:28 p.m., Woodfall Road. Caller reported a 78-year old female with chest pains. Medfield Fire transported to Norwood Hospital.

2:43 p.m., Granite Street. Caller reported a male part near Granite and Forest Streets who was not feeling well. Party took off but police caught up with him. He said he was vomiting, police checked him out and sent him on his way.

9:52 p.m., Adams Street. Caller reported a vehicle repeatedly circling the Floyd & Glenn parking lot. Police discovered an employee.

11:19 p.m., Causeway Street. Someone flagged down an officer and reported a disabled motor vehicle by the bridge. Police spoke with the man who was lost, and sent him on his way.  

Monday, Jan. 21

8:21 a.m., Indian Hill Road. Caller reported a black van in the driveway of a neighbor who is not home. Police called residence, no answer. Police responded to the house and learned the van belonged to a contractor who was working there with the permission of the homeowner. 

9:10 a.m., Laurel Drive. E911 caller reports father having heart attack. Medfield Fire responded. Patient refused transport. 

11:07 a.m., Main Street. Caller reported a street light has been out for over a month across from 424 Main Street.

3:32 p.m., mutual aid. Millis Police requested Medfield Ambulance at VanCleek Street, Millis. Patient taken to Natick Hospital.

3:51 p.m., Granite Street. Caller reported his carbon monoxide detector is going off. Medfield Fire responded.

5:41 p.m., Lowell Mason Road. Caller reported a suspicious vehicle in the area. It just moved up the road a bit. A wrecker was called. Police arrested on person. Lisette DaRosa, 30, of 50 E. Squantum, Apt. 14A, North Quincy, was arrested and charged with (1) operating after suspension (warrant), (2) operating after revocation of registration, and (3) uninsured motor vehicle. 

7 p.m., South Street. E911 caller reported she thinks her son is choking. He is conscious but not talking to her. Subject may not be choking but fainted and is not responding to his mother. Medfield Ambulance responded; no transport. 

10:50 p.m., Marlyn Road. Caller asked for an officer to walk through her house with her; she just came home and the toilet upstairs is running like it was just flushed. Police said nothing was found. 

10:59 p.m., mutual aid. Medfield Police responded to a SWAT call in Walpole. He returned to Medfield at 4 a.m.
