Runaway Sheep, Kids Removed from State Hospital and Rocky Woods, Injured Fox, and More

The following information was provided by the Medfield Police Department. All arrests are reported. Charges do not indicate a conviction.

Here's a look at the Medfield police log for Saturday and Sunday. 

Saturday, July 27

10:16 a.m., Pound Street. E911 caller asked for an ambulance for himself because he was having chest discomfort. He was taken to Norwood Hospital. 

12:34 p.m., Plain Street. Caller reported sheep running loose in the field off Plain Street. The 4-H Club was notified.

5:57 p.m., Spring Street. Traffic control at St. Edward's Church. 

9:48 p.m., Adams Street. Caller asked to see an officer because she head a loud noise coming from the basement; the house was okay. 

10:13 p.m., Hartford Street. Police removed a car from Rocky Woods. 

Sunday, July 28

7:28 a.m., 9:41 a.m., 11:29 a.m., Spring Street. Traffic control at St. Edward's Church. 

9:15 a.m., Main Street. Traffic control at United Church of Christ. 

9:24 a.m., Hartford Street. Ranger at Rocky Woods reported some damage to property last night.

11:36 a.m., North Street. Caller said she had an injured fox. Animal Control was notified. 

1:03 p.m., Charlesdale Road. E911 caller said she was just in a car accident. Cars were a 2004 Acura and a 2010 Volkswagen. 

5:08 p.m., Main Street. An off-duty officer reports a possible drunken male leaving a mechanic's garage. The vehicle was registered to a Main Street resident and was in that driveway when police arrived. 

5:39 p.m., mutual aid. Millis asked for an ambulance to go to Stoneybrook Vilalge for a medical assist. Millis took patient to the hospital. 

6:01 p.m., Hospital Road. State Hospital Security said there were kids on the property that needed to be removed. Police removed four individuals. 

6:06 p.m., mutual aid. Millis asked for an ambulance to go to Auburn Road for a34-year-old woman with stomach pains. She was taken to Milford Hospital.

7:31 p.m., Grove Street. Caller said her mother had activated her LifeLine but is not answering the phone. Medfield Ambulance responded and helped the homeowner back into her house from her backyard. 

9:07 p.m., Adams Street. Caller asked for help with his son. 

9:41 p.m., Hartford Street. Police removed two individuals from Rocky Woods.
